FAL A400M Quality Line Side Leader en GST

Job Description:

You will ensure that the company’s operational processes (develop, fulfil, support and source) comply with the quality assurance requirements, standards and internal or third party certification/approvals as defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality plan for hardware/software/services.

You will assure quality rules implementation and assure that industrial processes fulfill quality standard requirements.

You will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.

Manage and execute the FAI plan prepared under the FAL scope. Monitor deviations and proposed improvement plan.

To monitor reliability and repeatability of Processes as well as Quality Delegation Process executing the Operational Surveillance Plan, monitoring the deviations and proposing improvement plan

Lead and manage the Quality Delegation Process at blue-collar staff as well as participate and coordinate the Quality Processes to be followed at FAL linked to other areas (Engineering, Manf. Eng. MRB, Production)

You will support production teams about non quality concerns to be solved quickly.

You will validate product inspection plans and product non conformities Management until customer delivery.

SKILLS:

• Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
•  At least 3 years of experience in Quality.
• Experience in prevent FOD and manage Non conformities would be a plus.
• Knowledge in PPS
• Team work
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
