The Role - Dental Nurse at Angle House Chingford
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist who wants to be a big part of the Angle House success story. Our Dental Nurses and Orthodontists rely on Dental Receptionists to assist with a range of administrative tasks while providing fantastic customer service to our patients.
In this Dental Receptionist role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our practice - greeting patients, managing appointments, answering calls, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
This role is part-time, around 20 hours a week. You'd be required to work on Monday and Friday every week, and 2 Saturdays per month.

Main duties:
Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with any questions
Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team as needed
Requirements:
Dental reception experience is desirable (Exact /DoIT software)
A patient-centred mindset and a positive attitude
Experience with daily cashing up/banking
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to efficiently multitask in a busy environment
