We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialists with German (C1) or French (C1) and English (C1) to join our growing team in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, multicultural organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and execution of recruitment strategies and programs
Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines through multiple channels
Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person where applicable)
Partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and recommend top talent
Support the offer process, including compensation alignment and candidate communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS and HR systems
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal recruitment standards
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing methods
Act as a professional ambassador of the organization, delivering an excellent candidate experience
Candidate Profile
German (C1) OR French (C1) – required
English (C1) – required
2 years of relevant professional experience (a background in sales or tech environments is highly valued; experience in high-volume recruitment is a strong advantage)
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
