Process Operator - Night Shift (6p-6a)

The Process Operator ensures production of a quality yeast product by following established procedures and performing various sanitation duties. This requires a wide range of knowledge and skills, many of which can be learned on the job. This position reports directly to the Process Supervisor. May also receive direction from the CY/NUT Supervisor or other department management personnel as required. This role follows a rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
