Job Description
Your job:
- Provide support and troubleshoot SAP, SAP CRM, and SAP C4C issues
- Perform data validation and comparisons to ensure accuracy
- Analyze reports and investigate system and data discrepancies
- Manage user access rights and document solutions
- Handle IT tickets and support global users in resolving issues
Your qualification:
- Studying or recently graduated in IT Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of IT systems and application support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with programming or code analysis is a plus
