We are looking for an Installation Lead to join our growing organization!

General Position Summary

 

The Installation Lead will oversee and execute the installation of company products and solutions, ensuring high-quality service, adherence to safety standards, and operational efficiency. This role is critical in streamlining regional installations, reducing travel expenses, and improving customer satisfaction. The Installation Lead will act as the primary technical expert in North America, coordinating with internal teams, managing installers, and ensuring seamless installations for key accounts and direct projects.

 

This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional service standards.

 

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

    • Lead end-to-end installation projects, ensuring timely completion, compliance, and quality control.
    • Build and deliver scorecards to installers on a monthly basis and provide coaching as needed.
    • Maintain the active installer list onboarding new installers as well as eliminating low performing and under-utilized installers.
    • Send out new, updated install agreements and maintain installer requirements such as insurance documentation.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related inquiries, addressing customer concerns and technical challenges.
    • Follow proper quoting procedures to ensure that all charges are accounted for and escalate any discrepancies to Sales and Installation Management.
    • Work closely with Insides Sales, Service Operations, the Customer Experience Leads, Logistics and Operations to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges associated with the install prior to, during and after an installation.
    • Maintain documentation and reporting on installation progress.
    • Communicate any delays or changes to Sales, Sales Operations, Installers and the Customer Experience Leads.
    • Assist with installer questions or general troubleshooting requests.
    • Work with our distribution centers to collect pictures and documentation of the installer shipments in case the installer claims to not have received certain products.
    • Audit and approve installer invoices.
    • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure that install cases always stay up to date.
    • Maintain contact and shipping information for installers as changes come up.  
    • Chase PODs and install invoices if overdue.
    • Work with Inside Sales to ensure 100% Install Recovery.
    • Update RMA serial numbers in SFDC and pass onto ISR’s to close out in Oracle.
    • Review and action post-install survey results with the Customer Experience Leads.
    • Travel when necessary to provide in person assistance and set service plans for escalated accounts.
    • Additional duties may be assigned.

      • Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills and maintain a professional demeanor
      • Needs to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working in a team atmosphere

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

      • Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Data entry and customer service experience preferred
      • Salesforce and Oracle experience preferred
