Responsibilities:

工作职责：

• Solution BD(Gamma) will be responsible for Radiometric measuring business development in targeted Industries. The individual is expected to be an expert in related solutions.

解决方案业务拓展经理（Gamma）将会负责放射线测量在目标行业的业务拓展，并目标成为相关解决方案的专家。

• Sales Orientation.

销售导向。

• Make and implement the solution business development planning for industry focused to capture industry trends and complete company established sales target(SSK Oriented).

制定和实施行业相关的解决方案业务发展计划，以捕捉行业趋势和完成公司制定的销售目标(SSK维度)。

• Integrate resources and build good customer relationship, make the win strategy and promote solution to targeted industries/customers.

整合资源并建立良好的客户关系，制定赢标策略，并向目标行业/客户推广解决方案。

• Managing pipeline(incl. Win/Lost Analysis) and make a reasonable rolling forecast for solution.

管理解决方案业务的项目pipeline（包括赢失分析），并做合理的滚动式预测。

• Identify the qualified opportunities. Make the competitive proposals collaborated with acquisition support team.

识别有效的业务机会，并与售前支持团队合作，制作有竞争力的方案。

• Synergy with sales for project pursuit.

与销售合作，追踪赢取项目。

• Team working with PC, Corporate Solution，sales/solution/marketing and related department in SC China.

与生产厂、集团Solution和中国销售中心的销售部/解决方案部/市场部等相关部门，紧密合作。

• Complete other jobs assigned by higher level manager.

Requirement:

工作要求：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, instrumentation, electrical, or others related to Radiometric measuring. 

本科以上学历，自动化、仪表、电气，或放射线测量相关专业

• Minimum 5 years’working experience. Minimum 2 years’project sales experience in related area or O&G/Chemical is preferred.

5年以上工作经验，有至少2年相关领域或油气化工行业的项目销售经验者优先

• Strong structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up.

具备条理性的系统化分析能力：剖析现状，提出措施，实施与跟进

• Good communication，presentation and self-learning skills.

良好的沟通、演讲和自学能力

• Customer and result oriented.

有责任心，积极主动的工作态度

• Passion for challenge and enjoy promoting business.

热爱挑战，享受推动业务

• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.

流利的英语听说读写能力优先

• Be adaptable to frequent business trips.
