Sr Legal Counsel - Servicing Operations

As counsel supporting CCB Operations, you'll advise two of the firm's most dynamic areas: Servicing Operations—connecting millions of customers to everyday banking across cards, checking, savings, and auto loans—and Voice Product & Contact Center Platform, where AI, omnichannel integration, and next-gen infrastructure are redefining how customers engage with the firm. This high-visibility role offers diverse legal challenges, from regulatory compliance to emerging tech risks, in a fast-paced, agile environment. You'll deliver real-time guidance to product teams, identify legal risks before they escalate, and help build frameworks that drive innovation responsibly. We're looking for a licensed attorney with 3+ years of post-J.D. experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
