Job Description

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, analyze system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within enterprise network operations. - Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance and ensure seamless operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network security principles. - Experience with network monitoring tools like Wireshark. - Knowledge of cloud security architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Security Architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
