About the Team
The Global Customer Operations Enablement team is the strategic engine that equips Workday's go-to-market organization to win. We translate Workday's Strategic Growth drivers into role-relevant enablement experiences that elevate the performance, readiness, and relevance of our field teams — including the Solution Consulting (SC) organization that brings Workday's vision to life for customers.Within Revenue Enablement, the Solution Consulting Enablement function sits at the intersection of business strategy, learning, and field execution. We orchestrate enablement programs that connect product, sales, and solution consultants to the realities of the field, ensuring the right content, from the right experts, reaches the right audiences at the right time. As a team, we are consultative orchestrators — championing the voice of the field, reinforcing executive alignment, and partnering globally and regionally so every program lands successfully.
About the Role
As a Principal, Solution Consulting Enablement Program Manager, you will lead the design, orchestration, and activation of strategic enablement programs for Workday's Solution Consulting organization. You will translate Strategic Growth drivers into impactful enablement experiences that elevate the performance and role relevancy of our technical field teams.
You bring the strategic, organizational, and stakeholder muscle to ensure programs succeed across regions. You are equally comfortable consulting with senior stakeholders, championing the voice of the field, and partnering across global and regional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Representation & Strategic Alignment — Serve as the trusted voice of Solution Consulting stakeholders by aggregating business needs and learning requirements into a coherent enablement agenda. Develop understanding of Workday's Strategic Growth drivers and translate them back to stakeholders in a way that connects business priorities to learning outcomes. Reinforce leadership alignment throughout the program lifecycle to ensure sustained executive sponsorship.
- Learning Strategy & Intake — Inform and clarify learning objectives, outcomes, success metrics, target audience, and timing for each initiative. Consult on and inform intake and prioritization decisions, manage exceptions thoughtfully, and validate the voice of the field to ensure programs reflect real-world seller and SC realities.
- Program Orchestration & Activation — Orchestrate and activate enablement plans that support role relevancy across the SC organization. Review final program content to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment to stated objectives. Partner with local and regional resources to drive regional activation, ensuring globally consistent programs are tailored for local relevance and impact.
- Communication & Facilitation — Communicate enablement plans, milestones, and outcomes clearly across stakeholder groups, from individual contributors to senior leaders. Provide light facilitation of kickoffs, working sessions, and program updates — partnering with technical SMEs and instructors to deliver deep technical content. Ensure flagship program success through meticulous planning, cross-functional coordination, and proactive issue resolution.
- Measurement, Adoption & Continuous Improvement — Evaluate adoption and mitigate risks to stated outcomes. Monitor consumption and adoption metrics, share results with stakeholders in compelling narratives, and optimize programs based on feedback. Celebrate outcomes and the teams that make them possible.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
