As a Personal Independence - PCP Outreach - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to a culture of integrity within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others
- Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for risk management
- Conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement
- Designing and delivering compliance training programs to promote a culture of integrity
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and its changes

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
