Associate Professor, Trauma Medical Director

The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the university’s missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service. This position is under the supervision of the Chair of the Department of Surgery and the Head of the Division of Trauma, Critical Care, and Acute Care Surgery. The trauma, critical care and acute care surgeon shall be expected to perform clinical and basic science research. Duties will also include resident, fellow, student and staff teaching. This position requires undivided effort at the specified FTE.
