Your day as an Exterior Maintenance Specialist will involve: Using professional-grade equipment as a Surface Cleaner to remove dirt and grime from walkways and buildings. Cleaning windows to a streak-free shine using safety-approved methods. Ensuring all equipment is maintained and school grounds are left in pristine condition. Experience in pressure washing or window cleaning is a requirement. Candidates with no previous pressure washing experience will not be considered.
