DE&A - Core - Advanced Visualization & Cloud Reporting - Power BI

Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to drive enterprise-wide report rationalization and transformation for an insurance customer. The role focuses on modernizing legacy reporting into a self-service BI ecosystem using Power BI, leveraging a Snowflake + dbt-based data platform structured across Raw, Silver, and Gold layers. The candidate will play a critical role in enabling business-led analytics, reducing report redundancy, and delivering scalable, performant, and governed reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities Report Rationalization & Transformation • Lead assessment and rationalization of existing reports, identifying redundancy, consolidation opportunities, and decommissioning candidates • Design a target-state reporting architecture aligned with self-service BI principles Power BI Development • Build interactive dashboards and reports enabling slicing, dicing, and drill-through analysis • Develop paginated reports for pixel-perfect reporting
