Job Description

Develop and implement community mobilization plans to support project activities.

Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and meetings with local communities.

Act as a liaison between the project team and community stakeholders.

Identify key stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.

Address community concerns, grievances, and feedback in coordination with project teams.

Track community engagement activities and document participation.

Prepare periodic reports highlighting community interactions, challenges, and recommendations.

Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.

Assist in training programs for community members on water management and sanitation awareness.

Support knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure sustainable project outcomes.
