Job Description

💙 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing, your responsibilities will include:

  • 💧 Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support)
  • 💊 Medication support * 🍲 Meal preparation and assistance
  • 🛒 Shopping and practical daily errands
  • 🧹 Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
  • 💬 Companionship and emotional support

🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:

  • ✅ Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
  • ✅ Reliability and a naturally caring nature
  • ✅ Willingness to learn new skills
  • ✅ Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
