
Risk and Safety Coordinator (Harrah's Joliet)
Job Description
The Risk & Safety Coordinator is responsible for investigating incidents, preparing reports, and managing follow-up for guest and employee injuries across the property. This role maintains claim documentation, coordinates Workers’ Compensation and liability cases, conducts safety inspections, and assists with safety training and prevention programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with guests, team members, healthcare providers, and third-party partners while promoting a safe and secure environment for all employees and guests
