Job Description

Pressed Juicery is looking for an Off-Premise Activation Manager to bring our brand to life across retail shelves, in-store experiences, and key customer moments.   This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and retail execution—translating brand strategy into activation programs that drive visibility and velocity across grocery, natural, club, and mass channels. From retailer promotions and seasonal activations to trade events, demos, and new product launches, this leader ensures Pressed shows up consistently, effectively, and with commercial impact wherever our products are sold. About the Role The Off-Premise Activation Manager owns the development and execution of account-specific activation across key retail partners, translating Pressed’s off-premise strategy into clear, scalable, and execution-ready programs across natural, grocery, club, and mass channels. This is a retail activation role at its core — responsible for how the Pressed brand shows up at shelf, in-store, and in key retailer moments. The role ensures all activation is grounded in brand strategy while delivering strong commercial execution at the account level. Working in close partnership with the Senior Director, Sales, and Marketing, this role brings structure, clarity, and consistency to how Pressed shows up across retail environments. Success requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset — anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and driving clear, actionable solutions that improve in-market performance. Success in this role means Pressed shows up consistently and effectively at shelf, in-store, and in key retailer moments — with activation that is owned, intentional, and tailored to each account. The result is measurable improvement in trial, placement, and velocity, and trade events that are executed efficiently and aligned to commercial priorities. Key Responsibilities Activation Planning & Program Development Own how activation shows up across retail accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and commercial impact. Lead development and execution of account-specific activation plans aligned to retailer calendars (TPRs, OIs, resets, seasonal moments). Translate brand strategy into retailer-relevant programs that drive placement, visibility, and shopper engagement. Ensure all programs are built for retailer feasibility, operational ease, and strong commercial outcomes. Proactively identify gaps in activation and drive solutions that improve performance. Sell-In Tools, Playbooks & Execution Resources Build account-specific sell-in tools and activation materials (presentations, promo calendars, display guides) that support the commercial conversation. Develop clear execution guidance for in-store placement, displays, and activation aligned to retailer standards. Create scalable toolkits that enable consistent, high-quality execution across accounts. Anticipate gaps in tools or clarity and resolve them ahead of execution. Cross-Functional Readiness & Commercialization Partner closely with the Senior Director, Sales, and Marketing to ensure brand strategy and channel priorities translate effectively at the account level. Serve as a key connective partner across Marketing and Sales, aligning campaigns, seasonal moments, and innovation launches to retailer activation. Collaborate with Sales, Innovation, and Supply Chain to ensure account readiness for promotions, resets, and new product launches. Identify misalignment between brand intent and execution and drive solutions to close gaps quickly and effectively. Trade Events  Own planning and execution of off-premise trade events and account activations, ensuring alignment to retail priorities and commercial objectives. Execute trade event strategy through agency and vendor partners, including: trade shows and industry events, retailer and customer events, in-store demos and sampling programs, new store openings and key retailer moments. Define budgets, timelines, and scope aligned to account goals and expected outcomes. Ensure all activations are on-brand, operationally sound, and drive trial, conversion, and sales. Identify opportunities to better leverage events to support account growth. Execution Standards & Performance Define and maintain in-store execution standards across accounts (placement, displays, brand presence). Monitor execution and proactively address inconsistencies in how the brand shows up in-store. Track and report on activation performance, including placement, promotional lift, and velocity trends. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve future performance. Ensure Pressed shows up consistently and effectively at shelf, in-store, and in key retailer moments across all off-premise channels. Drive measurable improvements in trial, placement, and velocity through activation that is owned, intentional, and tailored to each account. Ensure trade events and retail activations are executed efficiently and consistently aligned to commercial priorities. Broker & Distributor Support Provide resources and tools to the Off Premise Sales team to ensure brokers and distributors have clear, account-aligned materials and communication to support execution of our strategies. Reinforce expectations around program priorities and in-store standards. Identify and escalate execution gaps while supporting resolution. Qualifications 4+ years in CPG retail activation, trade marketing, or account support roles, with a demonstrated track record of owning activation outcomes end-to-end — from planning through execution and performance measurement. Experience across grocery, natural, club, or mass retail channels. Strong understanding of retailer dynamics and account-specific activation. Proven ability to proactively identify gaps and issues, and drive timely, practical solutions that improve in-market performance. Ability to translate brand strategy into practical, in-store execution, with strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-through. Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to structure and manage multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities simultaneously. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. A bias toward ownership, clarity, action, and disciplined follow-through. Continuous improvement mindset — uses field insights, execution data, and retailer feedback to consistently raise execution standards over time. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction. The expected salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 per year. This range reflects the base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
