Utilize generative AI and productivity co-pilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, system configurations, mapping logic, and technical design briefs.
Establish validation and verification protocols for AI-generated operational reports, data reconciliations, and system outputs to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

Configure and maintain Oracle ERP software and processes based on evolving business needs (specifically P2P, T&E, and CLM).

Own and optimize production support, diagnosing and resolving complex system anomalies (including working with software vendors when necessary) and driving key month-end close support activities.
Create, curate, and maintain technical and functional system documentation, user guides, desktop manuals, and training materials.
Lead project teams and manage external contractors, coordinating deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
Partner with operational, security, and infrastructure squads to ensure all implemented corporate solutions comply strictly with Yahoo Inc. standards.
Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in utilizing modern AI-assisted engineering or analysis tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, Amazon Q) to optimize SQL query generation, troubleshoot databases, and accelerate systems analysis.
Strong technical proficiency in database querying tools (such as SQL and TOAD) for troubleshooting, database diagnostics, and one-time data extractions.
Proven experience in project management, lifecycle planning, and team leadership, demonstrating the ability to direct contractors and lead multi-disciplinary project squads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to present technical architectures and business processes clearly to both end-users and senior executive management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous learning and adapting to next-generation business technologies.
