Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and tracking.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
