🕒 Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
📆 Weekend Work: Every 3rd

Job Summary
Performs diagnostic testing and quality control procedures, prepares reagents, and reports results in accordance with established policies and procedures. Reviews and oversees moderate to high complexity testing, maintains equipment and supplies, and monitors computer applications related to laboratory operations. Ensures accuracy and compliance in all testing activities and performs other duties as assigned.
Role Overview
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic testing and ensure compliance with laboratory standards while supporting patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
- Preparing reagents and ensuring proper lab setup
- Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high complexity testing
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and managing supplies
- Monitoring laboratory systems and computer applications
- Ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all testing activities
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Required:
- Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology OR related field
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Experience
Required:
- Clinical laboratory experience
- Minimum of four (4) months relevant experience
Licensure / Certification
Required:
- State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
