Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):

  • Partner with the Director of Nursing to keep the unit running smoothly
  • Lead day-to-day nursing operations while staying compliant and organized
  • Make daily rounds, support staff, and ensure excellent resident care
  • Help develop care plans, assessments, and quality initiatives
  • Be a go-to problem solver for resident and family concerns
  • Keep policies, procedures, and nursing resources current
  • Jump in with hands-on nursing care when needed
  • Participate in quality assurance, training, and team development

In short: you’ll lead, support, problem-solve, and make sure great care happens every single day — with teamwork at the center of it all.

Qualifications:

  • RN preferred (especially with Infection Control experience)
  • LPNs may apply
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay will depend highly on Licensure and experience LPN range $30 and up

RN range $38 and up
