Job Summary:
The CEE Cluster Leadership Admin Coordinator provides administrative support to the General Manager of CEE and the wider CEE Leadership Team. This role helps ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities, supports communication, and contributes to the effective functioning of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager of CEE and the CEE Leadership Team.
Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and support effective time planning.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes.
Assist in coordinating leadership meetings, events, conferences, and off-site sessions.
Support travel arrangements and itineraries for the leadership team.
Help facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
Follow and help improve administrative processes to support business needs.
Help ensure the smooth running of office and business support activities.
Key Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Experience supporting schedules, meetings, and logistics.
Practical, solution-focused approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role, ideally with exposure to leadership teams.

Remuneration: 7700 PLN to 10600 PLN gross/monthly.
