Building Maintenance worker

Schuyler Community Schools is accepting applications for a Building Maintenance worker opening.
This is a full time, 12 month contract position. Starting salary depends on experience. Full family insurance and other benefits available.
Position includes a variety of duties not limited to:

• Keeps building premises neat and clean at all times
• Reports immediately to supervisor any damage to school property
• Moves furniture and equipment within buildings as directed by supervisor
• Makes such minor repairs as he/she is capable
• Keeps to assigned schedule
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor
• Position will occasionally require lifting 60 pounds or more
• Self-directed - can organize own time and tasks
