How you will make an impact?
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will lead the inbound supply chain agenda across Denmark. You will work closely with colleagues across Procurement, Production, Logistics and Sustainability, and lead a large, diverse organisation of approximately 350 colleagues – including drivers who represent Arla daily with our farmer owners.
Your key responsibilities include
- Ensure reliable and transparent inbound flows from suppliers and farmer-facing organisations to production
- Shape and execute the inventory strategy balancing availability, efficiency and working capital
- Strengthen collaboration across the value chain to improve resilience and performance
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with food safety, trade regulations and internal governance
- Define and follow up on KPIs across service, cost, inventory and CO₂ impact
- Identify and proactively manage supply risks

We believe you bring
- Experience from supply chain, operations or a related field with leadership responsibility
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage and develop people
- Strong stakeholder skills and ability to work across functions and levels
- Solid understanding of planning, logistics or supplier-facing operations
- Analytical mindset combined with the ability to translate insight into action
A degree within Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Agriculture or similar is relevant, but equivalent experience is equally valued.
Experience from FMCG, food production or manufacturing is an advantage, as is exposure to sustainability initiatives or ERP systems such as SAP.
