We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist - Intern, who will have the opportunity to learn how to conduct effective remote support on applicative, hardware and IT-related issues. 

With her/his tutor, she/he will be able to navigate complex issues to a greater level of technical support or quality reporting system, supporting customer needs. In addition, at the end of the training process, he/she will be able to demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions, communicate openly and create empathy with customers and colleagues 

This is a temporary position. 

This is an on-site role requiring regular physical presence in the office; while we offer flexibility, candidates should enjoy working in an office environment 

 

Key Responsibilities (within the tutor's guide): 

  • Provide remote Technical Support spanning through applicative, hardware and IT-related issues on diagnostic instrumentation. 

  • Assure compliance with managed customer interactions, recording required data as per Company policies. 

  • Escalate complex issues following the dispatch process as needed. 

 

Key Requirements: 

  • Graduating Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biotechnology is preferable. 

  • Proficient English is mandatory. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian. 

  • Passion for learning IVD environment and making a difference in elevating customer experience.
