We’re looking for an Order Administration Specialist / Assistant to join our Team in Serbia to support B2B customer orders throughout the full order-to-delivery lifecycle.
About the Job
As an Order Administration Specialist / Assistant, you will work closely with Central Order Fulfillment Team, Logistics, Logistics Services, Production Planning and Product Management. You will play a key role in timely and accurate execution for order processing, returns, claims, and reporting based on the centrally approved policies and guidelines.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure accurate and timely order processing in line with customer expectations and business priorities.
Maintain and monitor logistics-related master data (e.g., routes, shipping types, calendars).
Collaborate closely with Logistics, Production Planning, Sales, Product Management, and other Supply Chain functions.
Monitor delivery performance, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
Provide order status updates and support visibility of delivery performance and KPIs.
Support reporting activities by extracting, consolidating, and providing operational data and insights.
Handle special packaging requests and support logistics complaint management in line with defined guidelines.
Support the creation and maintenance of logistics documentation and related administrative processes.
Utilize SAP and other standard reporting tools to support day-to-day operations.
About You
1-3 years (Assistant) and 3-5 years (Specialist) of professional experience in similar role
Proficiency in English for effective communication in a global environment
Supply chain area knowledge
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in SAP, Excel and standard office tools
Self-driven and independent
Approachable and collaborative
Vocational training, apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in related field
