Credentialing Specialist
Location: 2491 Industrial Court, Highland, IL 62249
ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Credentialing Specialist to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the credentialing process for all corporate and franchise locations, ensuring accurate therapist assignments and timely contract updates.
- Perform regular follow-ups on contract statuses and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the credentialing of individual therapists by gathering necessary documentation and updating relevant databases..
- Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring that notifications related to contract events are sent in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track licenses and certifications for all relevant professionals, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the creation and updating schedules in the company’s management system.
