Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Solution Architecture & Design
Architected end-to-end HRSD solutions on ServiceNow, covering Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events
Designed scalable, reusable architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices, reducing customization.
Developed HLDs/LLDs, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams for enterprise implementations

Platform Expertise (HRSD Modules)
Led implementation of HRSD components including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee workflows
Configured advanced workflows using Flow Designer, improving case resolution efficiency
Optimized Employee Service Center (ESC) experience, increasing user adoption

Integration & Data Architecture
Designed and implemented integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) using REST/SOAP APIs
Established secure data models and data separation strategies for HR and IT data
Leveraged IntegrationHub to automate cross-system HR processes

Security & Compliance
Implemented role-based access controls and PII data protection mechanisms
Ensured compliance with regulations such as GDPR and internal security policies
Designed secure data handling practices for sensitive HR information

Governance & Best Practices
Defined platform governance standards, coding guidelines, and design principles
Conducted architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Promoted OOB capabilities, reducing technical debt and improving maintainability

Stakeholder Collaboration
Partnered with HR leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Acted as trusted advisor for HR digital transformation initiatives
Collaborated with developers, admins, and program managers across global teams

Delivery & Implementation Oversight
Led technical delivery of HRSD programs, ensuring high-quality and on-time releases
Reviewed configurations, customizations, and integrations to maintain architectural integrity
Guided development teams on best practices and solution design
