• Shipping Lead - Starting at $20.00/hr

A Day in the Life

As a member of the NRI warehouse team, you will play an important role in supporting daily distribution center operations. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, shipping, returns processing, inventory management, quality control, and team leadership. You'll work with products from well-known brands while helping ensure customer orders and operational goals are achieved safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The following schedule is available for this role: 

 

MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE

 

Monday – Friday

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

 

Saturday – Wednesday

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

 

Wednesday – Sunday

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

 

 

Starting Pay:  

$16 - $20/hr

All About You

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus for Lead positions
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

 

The Must Haves:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and elevated work areas
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, preferred

 

Things You Will be Doing

• Picking, packing, scanning, and processing customer orders
• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Shipping and returns processing
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Operating warehouse equipment (where applicable and certified)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following NRI safety policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Supporting team goals and operational performance metrics
• Assisting with training and leadership activities for Lead positions
