You will work directly with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot complex system issues, manage configuration requests, and ensure smooth execution of benefits-related processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions while guiding best practices across benefits administration. The position requires strong analytical thinking, technical configuration skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced service environment. You will also contribute to system improvements, testing, and documentation while staying current with Workday releases.
