The Endpoint Support role will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining computer hardware systems. This position is a reference point for hardware and software questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner. This includes setting up, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripherals and printers (and at times, troubleshooting network related issues). Day to day activities include responding to IT incident tickets, supporting end users with any problems they encounter.
Salary Range $57,000 - 80,000. This is an in-person on-site position. This is not a remote job.
