Job Description & Summary
Qualification and experience:
- University degree in Law
- Profound knowledge in the fields of Ukrainian corporate and employment law, knowledge of other fields of law is preferable
- 8+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record of successful project delivery with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in projects involving the establishment and closure of businesses in Ukraine, as well as employment and immigration law projects.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of concurrent projects and workstreams across the practice and overseeing end-to-end delivery
- Handling communication with clients
- Planning and managing workload within the team
- Delegating tasks and providing guidance to junior team members
- Ensuring completion of tasks aligned with the practice’s strategic priorities
