The Senior Counsel, Partnerships will be the main legal resource overseeing strategic partnership contracting. The role will also support the Director, Senior Corporate Counsel in overseeing the full life cycle of Cotiviti’s healthcare and non-healthcare vendor contracts – from initial negotiation through execution, ongoing management, renewal, and termination.
