Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy, professionalism, and a proactive approach. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, coordinating logistics solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for client accounts, providing timely updates and support

  • Manage account activities, ensuring accuracy in orders, documentation, and service delivery

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently

  • Monitor shipment status and anticipate potential issues, offering proactive solutions

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account performance

  • Assist in improving internal processes to enhance overall client satisfaction

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high-volume client interactions

  • Problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships
