About the Role
The position is responsible for managing the over-all licensing process and leading licensing process improvement initiatives. The position takes the lead in managing the work of TPC processors responsible for exam registration to coding.Manage the overall licensing function and influence expected outputs based on submissions and updates required of coding applications.
Review and streamline the coding process by:
- Reviewing the current automated coding process in iRecruit and updating and/or eliminating steps that are irrelevant or repetitive
- Ensuring updated processes are communicated to the Agency Force and ASG SMT
- Ensuring changes adhere to the regulations set by the company and the Insurance commission in licensing new agents and license renewal of tenured advisors
- Ensuring the third-party contractors responsible for encoding meet the agreed upon SLAs and standards
Reviews and govern the onboarding process by:
- Ensuring proper guidelines and processes are in place for reference of the Agency Force
- Ensuring updated guidelines and processes are communicated to the agency force and internal stakeholders on a need-to-know basis
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely release of clearances and advisories to advisors with pending accountabilities
Reviews and govern the License Renewal process by:
Ensuring platform used is aligned with the cascaded process to the Agency Force
- Ensuring guidelines are in place and within reach of the Agency Force regardless of platform
In charge of monitoring the Agency Operations Book of Governance which encompasses:
Licensing process enhancements and updates
- Licensing guidelines for implementation
- OVS Movement and Conversion
