We are looking for a talented Product Campaign Coordinator for the Betsson Georgia brand who will drive customer retention and reactivation and ensure continuous growth of the company’s revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Full process management of product news/promotions/campaign creation and launch;
- Measuring the effectiveness of completed campaigns;
- Planning and managing marketing research;
- Ensuring smooth work processes;
- Implementing innovations and continuous focus on development;
- Performing other tasks related to the direct supervisor's activities, as assigned;
- Initiating and executing continuous process optimization;
- Conceptualizing new unique campaigns and ensuring their launch.
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred);
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the gambling industry;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products;
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals;
- Theoretical or practical knowledge of customer types and segments;
- Mentoring and knowledge-sharing competency;
- Proficiency in Georgian and English languages.
