Job Description
Overview The Compliance and Regulatory Manager is responsible for managing overall training of regulations, for state, federal, and gaming agencies. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintains internal controls, standard operations procedures and regulation for state and federal agencies. Audit follow-up. Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers. Correspond and communicate with state regulators. Development of staff, training, and evaluate. Correspond and communicate with state regulators. Review regulatory and compliance activities with the AGM/CFO. Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations and Innkeepers Laws. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two to five years’ experience with or in a position requiring compliance, regulatory, and analytical a 2 year degree in a related field or equivalent work Valid gaming license. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
