Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of the Career Kitchen Program, we are looking for recent graduates in Engineering to join our Production Planning Department for a 6-month program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all steps of production planning process,
- Assist in tracking basic data via SAP and learn to interpret reports,
- Help prepare production and stock performance reports,
- Support monitoring SKUs/materials,
- Learn to coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams,
- Collect feedback and maintain accurate records,
- Support tracking of planning KPIs, including stock accuracy, service levels.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
Qualifications
- Recent graduates in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred),
- Available to work 5 days per week,
- Good command of English,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
- Power BI knowledge is a plus,
- Eager to learn, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills,
- Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
