Engineer - On Call

Essential Functions: ¨ Operate and maintain high-pressure boiler for the Laundry operation. ¨ Operate and maintain low-pressure boiler. ¨ Operate and maintain other vessels as needed for hot water kitchen steam and air conditioning. ¨ Assist mechanics and maintains men in repairs. ¨ Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. ¨ Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. ¨ Performs other duties as required by supervisor. Hotel Specific Essential Functions: ¨ Possess knowledge of all emergency service switches and shut-off valves for electrical feeders, incoming water lines, and natural gas lines. ¨ Know the locations of all sprinkler zone valves. ¨ Possess ability to obtain and complete service tickets through the OmniComp System.
