Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our CRM Core team, focusing on the telephony domain.
This is an execution-focused role involving hands-on delivery of product tasks, support of existing processes, and close collaboration with the Product Manager. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take on more ownership and independent areas of responsibility.
Challenges that await you:
- Write specifications and structured requirements for frontend, backend, and integration development
- Break down product ideas from Product Managers into actionable development tickets and drive them through to release
- Own tasks end-to-end: from initial idea and requirement definition through acceptance, testing, and production rollout
- Analyze domain data, validate hypotheses, and identify anomalies in data extracts and reports
- Participate in incident investigations and analyze discrepancies between expected and actual system behavior
- Document decisions, requirements, and processes
- Maintain close communication with development and cross-functional teams regarding your tasks
What makes you a great fit:
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in product, fintech, or operational environments
- Experience writing structured development requirements
- Experience managing tasks in a tracking system (e.g. Jira or similar) from creation to acceptance
- Strong data analysis skills
- Structured thinking and ability to work with ambiguous requirements
- Responsibility and a proactive mindset
- Curiosity and strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication in Russian
- English level B2 or higher — for technical documentation, written communication, and calls with external vendors
- Willingness to learn and understand unfamiliar domains
Your bonus skills:
- Spanish at any working level
- Experience in telecom, contact centers, or CRM systems
- Experience in fintech or working with payment-sensitive data
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and product/quality metrics
