About the Role


We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and culturally aware Social Media Manager who can
build brand presence, drive engagement, and create content that people genuinely want to
interact with. The ideal candidate understands platform algorithms, audience psychology, content
trends, and business objectives, and can translate them into impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
● Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and
marketing objectives.
● Build monthly and quarterly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X,
YouTube, and emerging platforms.
● Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience behavior, cultural moments, and
business priorities.
● Create campaign concepts that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and employer
branding objectives.
Content & Storytelling
● Ideate, script, and oversee the creation of high-performing reels, videos, carousels, and
static creatives.
● Develop platform-specific content strategies rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
● Craft compelling narratives that humanize brands and create emotional connections with
audiences.
● Collaborate with designers, videographers, content writers, and internal stakeholders to
produce engaging content.


Community Management

● Manage social media communities and conversations across platforms.
● Build engagement strategies that increase audience participation and brand affinity.
● Monitor social sentiment and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
● Handle escalation of customer concerns and reputation management when required.


Campaign Management
● Lead end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, including product launches,
employer branding initiatives, awareness campaigns, and seasonal activations.
● Coordinate organic and paid social efforts to maximize campaign performance.
● Work closely with performance marketing teams to amplify high-performing content.
Analytics & Performance
● Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, CTR, leads, and
conversions.
● Analyze campaign performance and audience behavior to optimize future content.
● Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
● Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and improve content effectiveness.
Trendspotting & Innovation
● Stay updated on platform updates, emerging trends, creator economy developments, and
cultural conversations.
● Identify viral content opportunities and adapt trends while maintaining brand relevance.
● Experiment with new formats, features, and content styles to drive organic growth.


Required Skills
● 3–7+ years of experience in social media marketing.
● Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging social
platforms.
● Proven experience creating viral and high-engagement content.
● Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
● Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
● Experience managing content production workflows.
● Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
● Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social,
Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.


Preferred Experience
● Experience in healthcare, consumer brands, SaaS, fintech, edtech, or employer branding.
● Experience working with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
● Understanding of paid social advertising and content amplification strategies.
● Experience managing multi-platform campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
