We are looking for a Global Manager for our team in Ludvika, Sweden. In this role, you will lead a global team and be responsible for how we handle service & warranty issues across our installed base. You will ensure that we deliver on commitments, resolve issues efficiently, and build a structure that can support a growing global business. Personal qualities will be an important factor in the recruitment process.  

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead an experienced global engineering team with full personnel responsibility 
• Take ownership of control & protection warranty issues 
• Secure base order bids and deliveries up to several MUSD 
• Secure base order bids and deliveries up to several MUSD 
• Identify sales opportunities and conduct site visits 
• Ensure efficient transfer of knowledge in a rapidly growing team 

Your background

• Extensive experience from technical roles within service, operations, construction and/or commissioning 
• Proven leadership experience with personnel responsibility  
• Experience of working closely with customers in complex technical deliveries 
• The ability to manage multiple topics and prioritize in a global environment 
• Fluency in Swedish and English 
• Knowledge of commercial and legal conditions in delivery projects

This role is based in Ludvika, Sweden, and requires frequent presence at the office due to the nature of the role.
