Biologics and Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator

Biologic therapies change lives — but only if patients actually stay on them. At AllerVie Health, the Biologics and Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator makes that happen. You'll bridge the gap between providers, payers, specialty pharmacies, and patients to keep complex therapies like Xolair, Tezspire, Fasenra, Nucala, and IVIG/SCIG moving without interruption.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on solving access problems, knows the specialty pharmacy landscape inside and out, and takes pride in keeping patients on therapy.

What You'll Do

• Own the buy and bill conversion pipeline — identifying candidates, working the benefits, and tracking through to completion
• Manage prior authorization renewals across a regional patient population so no one hits a gap in therapy
• Steward IVIG/SCIG patients through pharmacy and clinic coordination via the Lux Infusion platform
• Spot SP leakage risks and build action plans before they become revenue problems
• Be the go-to expert when complex access or coordination issues need to get unstuck

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of prior authorization experience or PACS certification
• Deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, drug reimbursement, and biologics billing
• Experience with IVIG/SCIG or infusion therapy management strongly preferred
• Clinical background preferred
• Organized, strategic, and comfortable owning a complex regional workload independently
