Job Description
The Opportunity:
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
§ To send the assortment lists separating those of Back Order type 1 and 2, by means of the system, with the purpose of initiating the physical assortment of orders of the client.
§ To update picking list in the network, by means of the electronic transference of the system to the network, for consultation of the area on watch to Client.
§ To make the confirmation of orders in I modulate of sales, by means of the system, to register the exit of merchandise to invoice.
§ To print the invoices, by means of the system, to document the orders of the client.
§ To generate remissions by branch, average "transfer" of the system, for outgoing record of inventory and invoicing.
§ To endorse the generation of invoicing of remissions, by means of the report DETERMINATION, to validate transactions B70-TA70 (requested opened), B94-TA94 (safekeepings).
§ To document the invoiced orders, by means of leaf, order of purchase of security and certificate of analysis, with the purpose of fulfilling the miscellaneous requirements of the client order.
§ Performs other duties as assigned.
