Resident Engineer Project Manager (PE), Construction Services: Halff has an opening for a Resident Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our Construction Services team as Project Manager in our Waco, TX office. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on transportation in the consulting industry and/or working with, or for, public sector clients. Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree. DOT experience (as a DOT employee or consultant) is a must; TxDOT, is preferred. Ability to lead a project & supervise a technical staff of 5-15 employees. Possess an extensive understanding of construction standards & practices. Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
