About the Role: Disability Support Practioner
At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), our Disability Support Practioners do more than provide support—they enhance lives.
In this role, you’ll empower young people with disabilities to live more independently, achieve their goals, and thrive. You’ll be a trusted mentor, supporter, and advocate—helping our clients build confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.
About the Lifestyles Youth Program
Working with clients aged 13–28, you’ll be part of our dynamic Youth Program—where no two days are the same.
You’ll support young people through:
- School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
- Social Saturdays & Afternoon Clubs
- Masterclass
- 1:1 or 1:2 support with group work or individualised work
- University, TAFE and work experience
Your role is hands-on, meaningful, and focused on creating positive, real-world experiences that help young people step into their future with confidence.

- Support young people to build life, social, and job skills
- Deliver fun, engaging, and purposeful activities
- Encourage independence while fostering confidence and wellbeing
- Work closely with a supportive team who share your passion
- Track progress and celebrate every win—big or small

What You’ll Bring
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care
- Enthusiasm and your own passions
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence (min P2)
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
- NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain—we’ll support you!)
