- Identify auto repair shops as potential acquisition targets
- Approach owners of auto repair shops to discuss potentially selling their shop to Northern Rock
- Manage relationships with potential acquisition targets and serve as their point of contact with Northern Rock
- Negotiate deals with auto repair shop owners
- Work closely with shop owners to coordinate and manage the acquisition process from start to finish
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience (proven track record of successful business development or sales)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate deals and manage the acquisition process from start to finish
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout state(s) in assigned territory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
