Distribution Supervisor

You’ll keep us fully compliant with all external agencies like Transport Canada, Health Canada, and also follow Linde’s policies and procedures Leading the team fairly and consistently helps create a motivated and empowered work environment Managing daily employee activities while introducing best practices will keep our distribution running smoothly Timely and accurate reporting on inventories, expenses, maintenance, and performance metrics will be part of your routine You’ll provide clear leadership to meet the demands of both internal and external customers every day Ensuring the team is fully trained and committed to safety, quality, and environmental standards is key You’ll coordinate all quality and safety training and keep personnel records up to date Identifying issues and leading improvement plans around processes, schedules, and training will help us work smarter Managing equipment and vehicle issues and escalating them when needed keeps operations on track Working with the National Distribution Team, you’ll ensure trucks are maintained and routes are optimized for maximum efficiency
