Formation Coordinator for Pastoral Migratoria

Coordinate the formation and implementation of Pastoral Migratoria (PM), an Immigrant Social Ministry, currently functioning in 40 Hispanic parishes of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Ensure high quality culturally sensitive formation, training and ongoing communication with PM faith leaders. Provide ongoing support to parishes and PM leaders who have been commissioned to help lead their community to respond to parish and community needs. This position requires a passion to develop Hispanic leaders to serve their immigrant communities through faith formation, Catholic Social Teaching and social action. A qualified candidate will possess a skill set of strong collaboration, as well as the ability to act with flexibility and resilience to attain the goals of the PM program.
